Jonathan Holst Barry

Jonathan has extensive experience in forensic accounting and multijurisdictional investigations involving allegations of fraud, corruption and regulatory misconduct. His work includes leading large scale investigations into complex financial flows, reconstructing events from transactional data and addressing significant compliance concerns. Jonathan’s sector experience includes financial services, power and utilities, transportation, retail and sports. He has worked on matters across numerous jurisdictions, including the UK, Channel Islands, Germany, Ukraine, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Ghana, Australia and the USA.

Prior to joining Kroll, Jonathan spent a decade with a global management consultancy, supporting expert teams on high profile commercial and construction disputes, including large delay and quantum matters.

Jonathan is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in construction management. He is a native English speaker and speaks elementary Danish.
