Jon-Paul Walton

Jon-Paul brings over 20 years of experience in the loan markets across both agency and trustee services, as well as participating as a lender/arranger within syndicated loans.

Jon-Paul has worked on a wide range of complex deal structures, restructurings, refinancings and amendments. He is a specialist in corporate, sovereign and Islamic finance transactions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Jon-Paul was Senior Associate Director in Mizuho Bank, London, working as a portfolio manager covering deals varying from natural resources, corporate and special finance for which Mizuho was acting as arranger and/or lender.

Jon-Paul has extensive experience in credit risk management, emerging markets and compliance.

Jon-Paul holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Buckingham University.
