Jill Kosonen

Her experience includes transfer pricing planning, U.S. and OECD-compliant documentation, business restructurings, transfer pricing controversy, intercompany transactions, intangible assets, valuation and economic analyses across a range of industries, including life sciences, industrials and consumer products. Jill works closely with tax departments, finance teams and legal counsel to develop defensible transfer pricing policies that support both business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Kroll, Jill led the Transfer Pricing practice at Epsilon Economics. She has extensive experience supporting clients during transfer pricing examinations and negotiations with tax authorities across North America, Europe and Asia.

Jill earned a B.S. in business economics from Miami University and serves on its Economic Advisory Board. She is active in the Chicago Tax Club, the National Association for Business Economics and the Union League Boys & Girls Clubs.
