Holly Hamilton

Holly became part of Kroll in 2025 following its acquisition of Madison Pacific. She had been with Madison Pacific since 2017, serving as the leader of the legal deal team in Hong Kong. Holly brings extensive experience in managing a broad range of assets—both distressed and non-distressed—throughout the Asia Pacific region, as well as in the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Europe. She is hands-on for all transactions, including deal origination, numerous contentious defaulted loans and debt capital market (DCM) instruments, debt restructuring schemes as well as escrow, custodial (physical and demat) and directorship services.

Holly’s prior experience includes in-house legal work managing disputes and compliance matters for a major multinational contractor in Hong Kong, and practicing as a lawyer in private practice with firms in Australia and Hong Kong specializing in construction and insolvency law. She has also assisted startups from both legal and commercial perspectives.

Following admission as a lawyer in South Australia and New South Wales, Holly was admitted as a lawyer in Hong Kong in 2013.

Holly holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Forensic Science from the University of Newcastle. She is a member of Women in Finance Asia and the Australian Chamber of Commerce.
