Guven Tezcan

Prior to joining Kroll, Guven was a Senior Consultant at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020. Before that, he gained his onsite experience working as a Senior Planner for international contractors, during which he delivered large, complex, high-value civil engineering and building projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Turkey. That experience encompasses tendering; design-and-build contracting; programming and planning; procurement and construction management; value engineering; delay, disruption, and acceleration analyses; dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.

Guven’s sector experience includes major airport and railway infrastructure; high raise; renewable energy and power; oil and gas; heavy civil engineering; residential; and mechanical and electrical installations in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Hong Kong.

Guven now specializes in providing consultation in the areas of programming and delay matters, and project advisory, and he draws on his experience in forensic delay analysis to produce independent expert witness reports.

Guven holds an M.Sc. in construction law and dispute resolution from King's College London. He also holds a B.Sc. in civil engineering and an M.Sc. in construction management from Bogazici University in Turkey. Guven is a native Turkish speaker.
