Guilherme Nascimento has been serving as a Transfer Pricing Director at Kroll’s Valuation practice in the São Paulo office since 2024. With over 12 years of experience, Guilherme specializes in documenting, designing, and implementing cross-border transactions for multinational groups.
Before joining Kroll, Guilherme was a Senior Manager at EY in the LatAm region, primarily in Brazil, where he began his professional journey in the transfer pricing field. In 2019, he participated in a short-term exchange program in Houston, U.S., working as a transfer pricing specialist.
Guilherme has extensive experience advising on transfer pricing documentation, restructurings, designing and implementing transfer pricing policies, and handling controversies and audits. He has worked with clients across various sectors, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, beverages and food, commodities, and more.
Guilherme holds a degree in Accounting Sciences from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (PUCC), Brazil.
