Gleb Perestenko is a Director in the Expert Services practice, based in Los Angeles. He is a chartered quantity surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Prior to joining Kroll, Gleb worked as a cost engineer for a general contractor in the UK, where he gained experience in estimating, project management and commercial departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of construction project processes.

Gleb specializes in providing quantum analysis, independent opinion and expert advice on construction and engineering disputes. He has acted on behalf of both claimants and respondents, and supported the neutral expert in AAA, ICC and ICSID arbitrations, dispute resolutions boards, mediations and litigation.

Gleb’s expert witness experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including infrastructure, industrial, energy, healthcare, residential and high-rise construction across North America, Europe and the Middle East.

Gleb holds a master’s degree in construction law from King’s College London and a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying and commercial management from Bristol UWE. He is fluent in both English and Russian.
