Fernando Vallejo

Prior to joining Kroll, Fernando was a director at Forest Partners, a position he held from May 2008 to February 2019, at which time Forest Partners was acquired by Kroll. In relation to the disputes field, he has been involved in the preparation of technical and expert witness reports and in their subsequent defense and ratification in court and before arbitration tribunals. 

Fernando holds a degree in economics and business studies from Universidad Central of Barcelona and has participated in corporate finance program courses at IESE. He is a member of the Madrid Institute of Economists, Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants and Official Register of Auditors (ROAC).
