Farhan Khan

Farhan has advised on and delivered high value claims and disputes across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, airports, railways, process plants, real estate, power and oil and gas. He has testified multiple times on delay and quantum matters on behalf of both contractors and employers and has significant experience supporting international and domestic arbitration proceedings.

Farhan has extensive experience in international arbitrations, including ICC matters, on major projects with aggregate claim values exceeding $1 billion, as well as Indian arbitrations for domestic clients. He is known for delivering contractually robust claims strategies, entitlement assessments and expert testimony.

Prior to joining Kroll, Farhan held senior leadership roles at leading construction advisory and consulting firms, including serving as Partner – Contracts and Claims at Masin Projects and Senior Manager roles at Accuracy, Larsen & Toubro and Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate. Earlier in his career, he worked in planning, project controls and project coordination roles across India and the Middle East.

Farhan holds a Bachelor of Technology in civil engineering, a Master of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
