Enda McMorrow

Enda brings over 19 years of experience as a quantity surveyor within the construction industry. Over the past three years, he has focused on providing quantum expert services and independent advice on contentious construction and engineering matters. Enda is highly skilled in evidence management, claims evaluation and forensic investigation of technical issues. He has been appointed as a quantum expert in domestic and international disputes and has represented clients in arbitration, mediation, conciliation and adjudication.

Enda has delivered expert evidence and advisory services across a broad spectrum of major infrastructure and commercial projects, including rail, major healthcare facilities, commercial developments and oil and gas. He has collaborated with multinational project teams and law firms throughout Ireland, North America, the UK and the EMEA region. His work regularly involves contract terminations, extension of time claims, productivity loss and the valuation of variations and defects.

He is well versed in a broad range of standard construction contracts, including RIAI, Public Works Contracts, NEC, JCT and FIDIC, as well as bespoke contract agreements tailored to complex project demands.

Before joining Kroll, Enda held a senior management role with Linesight, a global construction consultancy, where he led high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including life sciences, data centres, residential, commercial and civils works – from inception to delivery and close out.
