David Shilson is a Director in the Issuer Services practice, based in London. With over 20 years of experience, David specializes in structuring and executing corporate actions in both international and domestic markets, with a focus on complex liability management transactions and debt restructurings.
Prior to joining Kroll, David worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland, Goldman Sachs International and Salomon Smith Barney.
David graduated from the University of Essex.
