Craig Hoepfl

Craig has extensive knowledge of the syndicated loan product, covering various industry sectors within the agency space. He has worked on multiple refinancings, waivers and amendments, work outs, restructurings and interbank offered rate (IBOR) transitions over the years. Craig has an in-depth understanding of the leveraged finance product, managing complex deal activity with multiple deal parties, acting as a conduit between borrowers and large syndicates.

Prior to joining Kroll, Craig was the team lead for the Deutsche Bank London Loan Agency desk for 16 years of his 20-year career at the bank. Prior to that, he held agency positions for both JPMorgan and Citibank.

Craig holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes University.
