Claudia Aber

Prior to joining Kroll, Claudia provided capital program management, project controls and dispute resolution advisory services for power and utility companies at a large consulting firm.

Claudia has led complex delay and disruption analyses and authored expert reports on large-scale infrastructure and capital projects worldwide, including an USD 800 million Superfund remediation and redevelopment project in California, a USD 125 million waste-to-energy expansion in Florida, multibillion-dollar transit programs in Canada and a USD 145 million hotel development in New York.

Further, Claudia has developed and implemented Power BI dashboard, a portfolio management tool, to monitor cost, schedule, risk and change orders across more than 1,800 active projects for a U.S. utility. In addition, she has performed detailed cost, schedule and risk assessments for transportation, construction and building management projects across client campuses in California, as well as for a major stadium development in Florida on behalf of the owner to assess project reasonableness. Claudia has also reviewed and evaluated contractor-submitted time impact analyses (TIAs) for a U.S. Government military base project.

She has led enterprise training initiatives on stage-gate compliance for over 100 personnel. Claudia also served as deployment lead for a Maximo Work and Asset Management system, driving transformation across financial, operational and customer functions for a New Jersey natural gas utility.

Claudia holds a M.S. in civil and environmental engineering and a B.S. in civil and environmental engineering from Stanford University. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Engineer in Training (EIT).
