Caner Bolukbas

Prior to joining Kroll, Caner has worked as an Engineer and Consultant in Dubai and Turkey, focusing on project and commercial management in Turkey, the GCC region and the CIS region. He has significant experience in tender management, contract preparation and administration, time and cost management, claim preparation and management, and risk and financial management.

Caner specializes in the provision of dispute advisory and quantum expert services. He has provided advisory for infrastructure and industrial projects in the GCC region and in South America, and he has assisted appointed experts in the preparation of expert reports on quantum for arbitration proceedings. His experience covers a broad range of contractual matters relating to valuation of the works and damages, termination, extension of time and acceleration, specializing in loss of productivity and disruption claims.

Caner holds a B.Sc. in civil engineering from Bogazici University. He is a native Turkish speaker.
