Blake Atherton

Blake became part of Kroll in 2025 following its acquisition of Madison Pacific. He  joined Madison Pacific in October 2016 and has worked on bespoke corporate trustee, agency, escrow and custody arrangements in fresh credit, distressed and special situations. He collaborates with a diverse group of stakeholders including investment funds, banks, institutional trustees, law firms, corporates and high-net-worth individuals — across jurisdictions such as Australia, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Qatar, Singapore and South Africa.

Prior to joining Madison Pacific, Blake trained at a distinguished South African law firm,  where he focused on general litigation and dispute resolution.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and law from Nelson Mandela University.
