Arlind Bytyqi is a Vice President in Kroll’s Issuer Services practice. He specializes in structuring and executing corporate actions in both international and domestic markets, with a focus on complex liability management transactions and debt restructurings.
Prior to joining Kroll, Arlind worked for Euroclear Bank in various business segments, ranging from corporate actions, bank enlargement operations and strategic projects implementation.
Arlind graduated from Webster University in Geneva with a degree in International Relations. He is also certified in Anti Money Laundering Risk in Private Banking by the Alliance Manchester Business School.
