Andrew McAteer is a Director in the Boston office and a member of the firm’s Technology & Business Services Investment Banking practice where he specializes in executing sell-side, buy-side and capital raise transactions.

Andrew joined Kroll in 2022 and specializes in executing M&A transactions and private placements for clients that include private equity-sponsored and closely-held businesses across professional services, marketing & media services, human capital management, and IT services industries.

Prior to joining Kroll, Andrew was with G2 Capital Advisors (G2), a boutique middle-market investment bank, where he advised both privately held and public middle-market companies operating in a variety of industries, including business services, aerospace and defense, technology, industrials and energy.

Prior to G2, Andrew was with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where he successfully transacted over $2 billion of new debt origination and refinancing, primarily for sponsor-backed businesses across a diverse set of industries.

Andrew holds a B.S. in finance from Northeastern University. He is a FINRA-registered representative, holding the FINRA Series 79, 82 and 63 licenses.
