Amit Bedi

Amit specializes in valuation of equity, stock options, valuation of intangible assets, portfolio valuation, impairment testing and distressed valuation. He has extensive experience in valuing early-stage and growth companies using option pricing models across industries including e-commerce, financial services, IT consulting, health care and consumer services. Amit’s experience also includes mark-to-market valuation across diverse portfolios of illiquid and privately held securities under the guidelines of or the equivalent local generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) standard.

Amit holds a degree in Masters in Business Administration in finance from ICFAI Business School and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management from Indian Institute of Technology. He is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
