Alfie Prescott Hannan

Alfie drives Kroll’s new business and sales initiatives across all asset classes. His efforts are focused on cultivating and strengthening relationships with key market participants, ensuring that the Agency and Trustee Services practice remains a market leader.

Alfie has four years’ experience working as a business development professional within the real estate finance sector. Working for a leading UK specialist finance bank, Alfie was key in driving new business by strengthening new and existing bank relationships. He brings valuable insights into the real estate market having worked on a variety of different specialist lending deals, ranging from vanilla bridging transactions to large portfolio term loans.

Alfie also holds a first-class BSc degree in International Business Management from the University of Birmingham. This included a year abroad, studying at the highly accredited Montpellier Business school in the South of France, further expanding his knowledge of the European market.
