Alex Moore

Alex has undertaken forensic delay analyses, prepared expert reports, and advised on a wide range of disputes across Europe, Africa, North America and the Middle East. His project experience spans hotel and residential developments, major infrastructure works (road, rail and utilities), energy projects (including offshore wind and natural gas transportation), and other technically complex structures.

Prior to joining Kroll in 2020, Alex spent more than 13 years as an engineering geologist working for engineering consultancies in the UK, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

During this time, he managed and delivered ground engineering expertise for major civil engineering projects in sectors such as transportation, oil and gas, nuclear, flood defense and land reclamation. Alex also spent two years working as a project planner in the UK water industry.

Alex is a Chartered Geologist (C.Geol) and holds an MSc in engineering geology from the University of Leeds. He also holds an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence.
