AT A GLANCE
Aaron has recently rejoined Kroll following three years as Director of the valuation practice at Lincoln International in the structured credit and asset-based finance (ABF) group. In his current role he is focused on the development of the insurance and commercial real estate business lines within FIT. He has over six years of experience in valuation following multiple roles in fixed income trading and portfolio management spanning 18 years. Aaron brings a combination of market participant exposure and knowledge in fixed income translating to a unique skill set in evolving analysis and implementation of market methodologies.
Prior to this, Aaron spent six years as Managing Director at Auriga USA Asset Management where he played a key role in raising capital and updating investors on fund performance by constructing portfolios based on client yield, cash flow and liquidity targets. He also led efforts conducting market research, analyzing market conditions and identifying emerging market trends.
Before that, he was an active trader in the ABS, Structured Products and Non-Agency and Subprime Mortgage market. Aaron served various trading desks over the course of six years at companies including Gleacher, Cantor Fitzgerald, Cohen and Company, Miller Tabak Roberts and BlueMountain Capital Management.
Prior to that, Aaron was Director at BlackRock Financial Management where he served as a member of the fixed income investment strategy group and was responsible for formulation and implementation of investment decisions across various fixed income mandates and led primary and secondary trading within the cash ABS market.
Aaron holds a Master of Science in financial engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from University of Rhode Island. Aaron has passed the FINRA series 7 and 63 exams and has completed Level 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst Exam.
