Aaron Bradley

Aaron specialises in the assessment of damages in complex commercial disputes and competition matters across a wide range of industries. His experience includes quantifying damages arising from a major construction project in Asia; major oil and gas disputes in Europe and the Middle East; a professional negligence claim in the UK; mining disputes in Africa; and international aviation and hospitality matters.

Aaron has particular expertise in competition damages assessment, having worked on several significant cartel and abuse of dominance cases involving complex issues including pass-on, loss of profits, loss of value and pre-award interest.

Aaron has experience advising on financial reporting and accounting standards, including the interpretation of UK GAAP and IFRS in contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as conducting forensic accounting investigations.

Prior to joining Kroll, Aaron worked at Haberman Ilett, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
