Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Quarterly Reports
On June 15, 2001 the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) entered into a Consent Decree with the Department of Justice. The Consent Decree provides specific guidelines designed to institute new policies and procedures to reform conduct of the LAPD.
Kroll was hired to act as the Independent Monitor and to ensure that Consent Decree reforms are implemented in an effective and timely manner.
