The SFC has revised six of its licensing forms. The changes made to the forms arise mainly from changes introduced under the Companies Ordinance concerning the share capital of Hong Kong companies.
With effect from 3 March 2014, the revised licensing forms will supersede the previous versions and must be used for the purpose of submitting licensing applications and notifications to the SFC. The six revised forms are Form 1, Form 1A, Form 2, Form 5, Supplement 2 and Supplement 7.
