During Paris Arbitration Week David Falkenstern, Ewen Maclean and David Coyne were joined by guests from leading Paris law firms for a conversation about Duty of Good Faith in Construction Contracts. The panel discussed what it means when good faith is implied into contracts and how parties can avoid commercially unacceptable conduct. This was followed by a lively discussion on Hot Topics in Construction Arbitration and current issues in the construction industry.
