Heather Williams is Chief Operating Officer for Kroll’s Risk Advisory (RA) business, whose practices help organizations navigate complex cyber incidents, regulatory scrutiny and enterprise-level crises.

Two decades of experience working at intersection of these issues and with executive leadership enables Heather to drive operational alignment, financial discipline and strategic execution effectively. Her ability to translate board-level strategy into executable initiatives has been instrumental in RA’s growth and resilience. She also plays a critical role in ensuring successful acquisition integrations and alliances.

Heather’s expertise is particularly differentiated in global cyber crisis response. She has served as both the Chief Product Officer and Chief of Staff for Kroll’s Cyber practice and has worked on more than 3,500 reportable data loss incidents across the globe that affected millions of individuals. Advising on some of the largest data breach incidents of the past 15 years, she has regularly collaborated with executives, outside counsel, regulators and communications advisors to design and execute complex, multi-jurisdictional response strategies under 24/7 conditions.

Heather has built strategic partnerships that enable integrated cyber response offerings across international markets, ensuring both brand protection and regulatory compliance for affected organizations. She has also architected global distribution models across B2B, B2C and B2B2C markets, delivered through SaaS platforms with jurisdiction-specific capabilities that address different regulatory frameworks.

Known for her ability to “telescope” from strategy to execution, Heather excels at anticipating both immediate operational demands and long-term regulatory implications. She is equally comfortable briefing executive committees and boards as she is directing cross-functional teams on critical initiatives. Her leadership style combines operational rigor, commercial insight and composure under pressure—qualities essential in moments when organizations face their most visible and consequential challenges.
