Andres E. Vengoechea

Prior to joining Kroll, Andres served as Director, Commercial Property Tax at Ryan, LLC, where he led complex valuation engagements, prepared appeal strategies and represented clients in negotiations and administrative hearings. He previously held the role of Director, Market Leader, Property Tax at Paradigm Tax Group, where he oversaw market operations and directed property tax engagements for large-scale commercial real estate portfolios with billions in assessed value. Earlier in his career, Andres served as an Income Evaluation Specialist with the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s Office and as a Credit Review Officer at Banco Santander, focusing on valuation analysis, underwriting risk and commercial real estate review.

Andres has a strong track record of delivering multimillion-dollar tax savings through strategic appeals, identification of valuation discrepancies and analysis of obsolescence and exemption opportunities. He regularly provides expert testimony and advises clients on pre- and post-acquisition due diligence, including assessment forecasting and risk identification for complex transactions.

Andres holds a BBA in marketing from Savannah State University. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (Florida) and holds a Real Estate Sales Associate license (Florida).
