On October 12, 2023, Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (“Comtech”) announced that Stellant Systems, Inc. (“Stellant Systems”), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington”), will acquire Comtech’s Power Systems Technology (PST) product line.

Kroll's Transaction Advisory Services practice rendered sell-side financial due diligence services to Comtech on the divestiture of Comtech’s Power Systems Technology division, which was acquired by Stellant Systems, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners.
