On May 11, 2022, Boston Veterinary Clinic (BVC) announced a minority investment from Denali Growth Partners (DGP) alongside expansion plans for two new primary care veterinary clinics in Greater Boston.
The Transaction Advisory Services practice of Kroll rendered financial and tax due diligence to DGP in connection with the transaction.
