Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services Team Advised the University of Chicago’s Center for Research in Security Prices to Morningstar

On September 24, 2025, University of Chicago announced the proposed sale of its Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) to Morningstar. 

Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services Team provided sell-side financial due diligence services to the University of Chicago and CRSP in connection with the proposed transaction.
