Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services Advised GI Partners on Its Agreed Acquisition of Digita Group
In December 2025, GI Partners announced that it had agreed to acquire the share capital of Digita. Kroll provided financial due diligence services to GI Partners in connection with the transaction.
