On October 30th , 2023, Super-Pufft Snacks USA, Inc. (“SP USA” or the “Company”) was sold to Shearer’s Foods, LLC (“Shearer’s” or the “Buyer”), a portfolio company of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (“OTPP”).

Kroll served as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of SP USA and provided sell-side M&A advisory services in connection with the sale to Shearer’s.
