Kroll’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Practice Advised Super-Pufft Snacks Corp. on Its Sale to Shearer’s Foods, LLC

On June 27th, 2022, Super-Pufft Snacks Corp. (“Super-Pufft”, “SP Canada” or the “Company”), was acquired by Shearer’s Foods, LLC (“Shearer’s” or the “Buyer”), a portfolio company of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (“OTPP”).

Kroll served as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Super-Pufft and provided sell-side M&A advisory services in connection with the transaction.
