Kroll’s Aerospace Defense and Government Services Investment Banking Team Advised Stratton Aviation on Its Sale to Industrial Opportunity Partners

On January 21, 2026, Stratton Aviation, LLC (“Stratton” or the “Company”) was acquired by Industrial Opportunity Partners (“IOP”), an operations-focused private equity firm.

Kroll’s Aerospace Defense and Government Services Investment Banking team served as exclusive financial advisor to Stratton in connection with the transaction.
