On October 27, 2026, Iris Technology Corporation (“Iris”), a provider of radiation-hardened, space-qualified electronics for mission-critical national security space payloads, as well as rugged power management solutions for tactical military radio applications, announced a strategic investment from OceanSound Partners.

Kroll’s Aerospace Defense and Government Services Investment Banking team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Iris in connection with the transaction.
