Kroll's Industrials Investment Banking Practice Advised E-Z UP on Its Sale to Norwest Equity Partners

On June 26, 2026, E-Z UP Holdings, Inc. (“E-Z UP” or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Beach Point Capital, was acquired by Norwest Equity Partners (“NEP”).

The Industrials Investment Banking Advisory practice of Kroll served as the exclusive financial advisor to E-Z UP in connection with the sale of the Company.
