About CraftMaster
Founded in 2001, CraftMaster manufactures and sells door facings to independent door manufacturers and assembles finished doors, which are sold to distributors and dealers. CraftMaster also manufactures the innovative MiraTEC and Extira exterior composite trim and panel product lines.

Duff & Phelps was engaged by CraftMaster to serve as its exclusive financial advisor in connection with the sale of the Company.
