Kroll’s Technology and Business Services Investment Banking Practice Advised Blue Marble Geographics and Avenza Systems on Their Sale to Eterna Growth Partners

In April 2026, Blue Marble Geographics and Avenza Systems Inc. (“Blue Marble Geographics” and “Avenza Systems” or the “Companies”) announced that the two companies have combined and will operate under a single unified brand, Blue Marble Geographics.

Blue Marble Geographics and Avenza Systems were acquired by Eterna Growth partners, a Boston-based growth investment firm focused on scaling technology companies. The transaction date was undisclosed.

Kroll’s Technology and Business Services Investment Banking practice served as the exclusive financial advisor to Blue Marble Geographics and Avenza Systems in connection with the transaction.
