On October 1, 2021, Twin Peaks (“TP” or the “Company”) was acquired by FAT Brands Inc. (“FAT Brands” or the “Buyer”).

The Restaurant M&A practice of Duff & Phelps, A Kroll Business, served as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Twin Peaks and provided sell-side M&A advisory services in connection with the transaction.
