On April 21, 2022, TheraOffice, an industry-leading practice management platform for physical therapy and rehabilitation practices, completed its sale to the Netsmart portfolio. This addition expands the Netsmart CareFabric® platform to deliver workflows for therapy providers to better connect to all venues of healthcare.

The Healthcare Investment Banking practice of Kroll served as an exclusive sell-side M&A advisor to TheraOffice in connection with the transaction.
