On July 27, 2022, Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., a commercial subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems Corporation, an independent group company of Canon Inc. and a global leader in innovative diagnostic imaging technology, announced the completion of the acquisition of NXC Imaging, a medical imaging equipment distributor and service provider headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Healthcare Investment Banking practice of Kroll served as an exclusive sell-side M&A advisor to NXC Imaging in connection with the transaction.
