On December 20, 2021, AE Industrial Partners, LP ("AEI"), a private equity firm specializing in aerospace, defense & government services, space, power & utility services, and specialty industrial markets, through its portfolio company Triman Industries ("Triman" or the "Company") completed the acquisition of Crestwood Technology Group ("CTG").
The Aerospace Defense and Government Services M&A practice of Kroll Corporate Finance served as exclusive financial advisor to CTG in connection with the transaction.
