About CraftMaster
Founded in 2001, CraftMaster manufactures and sells door facings to independent door manufacturers and assembles finished doors, which are sold to distributors and dealers. CraftMaster also manufactures the innovative MiraTEC and Extira exterior composite trim and panel product lines.

Role of Duff & Phelps
Duff & Phelps was engaged by CraftMaster to serve as its exclusive financial advisor in connection with the sale of the Company. Duff & Phelps performed extensive pre-marketing diligence to understand the business and develop an appropriate positioning strategy, then utilized its sector expertise and knowledge of the buyer universe to assemble a list of potential buyers with strategic assets in the industry and worked closely with CraftMaster’s management and shareholders to develop and execute a sale process that could maximize the value of the Company.
