(“POM”) with financial backing from a consortium of investors including Sequoia Heritage and JAZZ Ventures.
Duff & Phelps served as the exclusive financial advisor to OIM in connection with the transaction.

POM will be rebranded as “Outside” following the transaction and will continue to distribute distinctive outdoor content through one integrated digital subscription company.
