Fairness Opinion - Altisource Residential Corporation

Altisource Residential Corporation (“Altisource”) has acquired a portfolio of 4,262 single-family rental properties for $652 million from affiliates of Amherst Holdings, LLC. The transaction, which more than doubles the size of the company’s single-family rental portfolio and enhances its presence in new and existing strategic target markets, closed on September 30, 2016.

Duff & Phelps served as independent financial advisor to the Board of Directors of Altisource Residential Corporation and rendered a fairness opinion.
