
Zachary Schrock is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in Chicago. He has 13 years of industry and corporate finance experience, including more than 10 years advising on domestic and international M&A transactions.
Zachary most recently participated in buy and sell-side transactions for private equity, strategic buyers, and sellers within the healthcare, consumer services, specialty finance, fintech, and financial services sectors. He has experience leading all aspects of the financial due diligence process on engagements of varying sizes, while performing quality of earnings, quality of revenue, net working capital, pro-forma, loan portfolio and liquidation analyses.
Prior to joining Kroll, Zachary was a member of the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche.
Zachary received both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. Zachary is a CPA, licensed in the state of Illinois.
