Will is an expert in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and derivative securities, including stock options and warrants. He has managed valuation assignments for numerous clients in the following sectors: commercial real estate, construction and engineering services, computer software / hardware, IT consulting, telecommunications, aerospace & defense, industrial products, consumer & retail, consumer electronics, and casinos & gaming.
Will has performed various engagements including valuing businesses for the purpose of supporting tax positions, assessing goodwill impairment, and issuing employee stock options. He has also valued intangible assets such as patents, trademarks and customer relationships for numerous businesses in connection with post-transaction purchase price allocations; analyzing the range of potential royalty fees to be earned through technology licensing; and preparing fairness opinions for boards of directors in the technology sector.
Prior to Kroll, Will worked as a surety consultant in the engineering and construction industry.
Will holds a M.S. in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
