He has over 22 years of experience building product strategies and building cutting-edge technology for both the public and private capital markets.

Prior to joining Kroll, Veeral was Chief Product Officer at Amenity Analytics, where he managed product strategy and development for a Series-C startup applying NLP and AI to business and finance. He was also Head of Product at Visible Alpha where he led new product development for analysts, portfolio managers and traders in sell-side research. Veeral was co-founder of Equitally, a fintech startup acquired by Bloomberg. Following the acquisition, he built platforms for Bloomberg on document search, collaborative research workflow and financial model distribution.

Earlier in his career, Veeral was a portfolio manager and analyst at several funds, including Point72 Capital and BNP Paribas. He focused on long/short investments in technology, media and telecommunications.

He graduated from MIT with a B.S. in computer science and mathematics and an M.S. in electrical engineering.
