Tim has extensive experience in commercial management, contract administration, contract strategy, preparation, defence and negotiation of claims for prolongation, disruption and management of change, and expert and dispute resolution support having worked in contracting, consultancy and executive portfolio management roles.

He has a wealth of experience gained across a diverse range of public- and private-sector markets, utilising both standard and bespoke forms of contract and has been appointed by contractors and sub-contractors, developers, charitable bodies, private and public sector clients to work on a wide-ranging portfolio of work that includes railways, roads, bridges, tunnels, marine and foundations works, airports, industrial buildings, schools, offices and residential developments.

Tim holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law, Mediation and Arbitration and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an HKIAC-accredited Mediator, and a NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager.
