Prior to this role, Steve served as a director for business development in Kroll’s Issuer Services practice. He has over 15 years of experience in capital markets, both public and private, as well as alternative markets.
Before joining Kroll, Steve was Senior Vice President, Regional Director at AST|DF King, where he oversaw regional business development across the enterprise. He worked with issuers and advisors worldwide on a wide range of transactional situations of varying complexities while also formulating solutions across groups within AST|DF King.
Steve was named a 2017 winner of The M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award and 2023 winner of YJP’s 40 Under 40 in Legal & Finance for his accomplishments in business and service to the community.
